Charles J. Dickerson, 71 years, of Roycroft Road, Holland, died Wednesday, September 13, 2000, in his residence, surrounded by his family.
Mr. Dickerson was born on April 11, 1929, in Detroit, MI, to Charles and Helen (Godsey) Dickerson. He married Elouise M. Young on June 21,
1948, in Toledo. Charles was the owner/operator of Chuck's Upholstery for 43 years. He had also worked for the Lion Store as an upholsterer.
He was a member of Shiloh Christian Union Church, Delta, OH.
Surviving is his wife, Elouise M.; daughters, Sandra L. Smith of Belleville, MI and Debra A. Helwig of Swanton; son, Kirk A. Dickerson of
Delta, OH; eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and sisters, Mary Myerholtz of Bowling Green, Junita Emerson of Deshler and Shirley Gorsuch of Charlotte, FL.
