"By Denton Hargis......Freeman Killister Phelps and Sarah Ann Randolph. Freeman K Phelps was born on April 11, 1843 at Bent, Pulaski Co., KY. He married Sarah Ann "Sallie" Randolph, daughter of Robin Randolph and Nancy E. Sears on February 21, 1867 at the home of her father. Freeman K. Phelps was a brother of William Louden and John Madison Phelps. Freeman K. and John Madison were both Civil War veterans who fought for the Confederacy. Freeman Killister Phelps died on March 25, 1926 and is buried in Randall Chapel Cem., Pulaski Co., KY. In this photo is Freeman and nancy Phelps, along with grand daughters, Bessie & Beulah Mize."
